Kidskin leather

We offer a beautiful assortment of kidskin colors with a glossy finish. This type of leather is known for its flexibility, adaptability and durability. The tanning of the skins of these young goats is mineral (chromium). Thanks to its high strength and low thickness, it is often used for the manufacture of fine shoes, wallets and false soles. It is also used to double leather projects. Shoemakers often prefer the basic colors: black, brown, white, off-white and beige while the leatherworkers are tempted by trendy or more vibrant colors. The thicknesses range from 0.6 to 0.8 mm (1.5 to 2 oz)
