Grade A leather, with a beautiful smooth surface and no major flaws.
This full-grain deer hide is very supple and flexible. It is drum-dyed without the addition of pigment or surface finish ("naked"), giving it an incomparably natural appearance. Because it is not protected by a surface finish, this leather can be easily pyrographed. At 1.0/1.2 mm thick (2.5-3 ounces), it is used for making clothing, gloves, mittens, moccasins, or any other handcrafted product (Indigenous art).
It is important to note that this leather comes from wild deer, not farmed deer.
